What if I cannot keep my regular scheduled appointment and have to cancel?
Require a 24 hour notice to change or cancel, failure to call in 24 hrs may result in a $50 charge that must be paid prior to your next grooming appointment
What vaccines do you require?
Must be up to date with rabies vaccination ( by law) and paper verification is required, recommend current with all other vaccinations also
I’d like my dog to be groomed on a regular schedule, can you set that up?
Yes your choice of a 2, 4, or 6 week prebook appointments can be be made
Will my pet be put into a cage to dry?
No your pet is groomed from start to finish
Why is a “shave down” sometimes more expensive than a regular haircut?
Requires more work and wears down the equipment faster which requires it to be replaced sooner
Do you need to hook up to my home for power or water?
No, the van is completely self-sufficient. It is equipped with water gas & electric.
If the groom I requested isn't what I expected, will you redo it at no charge?
Yes I’ll fix within 2 weeks of the initial appointment.
Why does my pet have to be shaved down if the coat is matted?
Why doesn’t the groomer just brush it out? Shaving is the only option if brushing will cause them pain, some dematting can be done for $1 a min. To avoid matts brush and comb your dog every day and keep on a regular grooming schedule
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash & check
My pet bit the last groomer, will you sedate him?
No and will not groom if they were given anything for the purpose of sedation. We will use a muzzle or ecollar
How do you handle a dog that doesn't like strangers?
If dog is at risk of hurting itself or petstylist, groom will be declined
